As our Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing state-of-the-art multi-modal machine learning models and algorithms specifically designed for enhancing video game content. You will work intimately with our founders, product teams, and AI experts to devise practical and effective AI solutions. Your role will be pivotal in managing the creation of bespoke training datasets, refining models tailored to specific tasks, and ensuring their optimal performance in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with founders to ideate, develop, and deploy AI-centric products that resonate with user demands, align with strategic objectives, and are technically viable.
- Swiftly prototype and validate AI concepts utilizing core models like OpenAI/GPT, Stable Diffusion, among others.
- Build and sustain a solid machine learning infrastructure for both model training/refinement and inference workflows.
- Engage with challenging problems where video game development intersects with Generative AI.
Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, focusing on AI and ML, or equivalent expertise backed by hands-on experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in deploying deep learning and mastering AI/ML technologies or cloud-based ML frameworks.
- Profound understanding of various machine learning methodologies and approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions incorporating large language models and model operations (such as Langchain, Pinecone, Gantry).
- Exceptional skills in communication and teamwork.
- A deep-rooted enthusiasm for video games and user engagement.

- Scholarly articles published in esteemed AI journals.
- Prior experience with game engines or similar technologies.
