A General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. The General Manager is responsible for maximizing the sales and profits of the store. The General Manager must maintain an exceptional level of guest service by developing strong store Team Members and Shift Managers.

- Championing a culture of exceptional guest service, leading by example and inspiring your team.
- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions.
- Setting and achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
- Mentoring, training, and developing a skilled and motivated team of team members.
- Creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborating with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.
