This opportunity will provide hands-on experience with data analytics and a variety of analysis tools to support our benefits, payroll, and compensation processes. Working closely with our Total Rewards team, you will assist with these processes while working to perfect our reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to support the Total Rewards team in decision-making processes.
- Help generate reports and dashboards for payroll and benefits tracking.
- Assist in upgrading and optimizing reporting tools and systems.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends and identify potential areas for growth.
- Assist with the payroll team and ensure accuracy of data in processing.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, majoring in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or data analytics related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and propose efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Data Analytics, BI, Excel, and other analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
