A successful automotive dealership in southern Louisiana is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to oversee and manage our Parts Department, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing and inventory levels, train and manage staff, and much more. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Parts Department's daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing and manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and much more.
- Analyze department performance and implement improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences
- Ship and receive parts
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Required: Automotive Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication and customer service skills
- Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Valid driver's license and insurance
