Our High-Volume Service Department is seeking full-time EXPERIENCED Lube Technicians to perform auto maintenance and minor repairs, change oil, tires, lubricate parts, and more. Responsibilities - Auto Lube Technicians:
- Perform auto maintenance and minor repairs
- Inspect vehicle's fluids, tires, battery, brakes, belts, etc.
- Change or top off all fluids/oil, filters, battery, lubricate parts
- Rotate and balance tires, alignment, and more!
- Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools
Requirements - Auto Lube Technicians: - Required: Auto Lube Tech experience.
- MA State Inspector's License is needed but not required, we pay for you to obtain it.
- Working knowledge of automotive shop equipment
- Energetic with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
