Responsibilities - BDC Mobile Service Representative: - Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to meet customer service needs efficiently
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to confirm appointments, answer questions, and address concerns
- Ensure routes are optimized for technicians, balancing customer satisfaction and technician productivity
- Track service requests, monitor technician schedules, and adjust as needed to meet changing demands
- Work closely with the Mobile Service team, technicians, and dealership departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Check in with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Other duties may be assigned

- Experience is a Plus: Prior automotive or logistical experience is a bonus but not required
- Strong Communication Skills: Professional and friendly communication is second nature to you
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software, email platforms, and other digital tools
- Team Player: You work well with others and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
