Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and much more.
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Automotive Service Advisor:
- Prefer Auto Service Advisor/Technician experience with verifiable CSI, sales records, and job history
- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
