Responsibilities - Merchandising Specialist:
- Vehicle Descriptions: Write and maintain high-quality vehicle descriptions that highlight key features and value propositions.
- Photo Auditing: Conduct regular audits of vehicle photos to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards; collaborate with photographers or relevant teams as necessary.
- Third-Party Listings: Collaborate with third-party listing platforms to select optimal features and packages for promotion and visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic and conversion, analyzing these metrics to inform merchandising adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure merchandising efforts align with broader business objectives
Qualifications/Requirements - Merchandising Specialist: - Experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising and familiarity with automotive third-party listing platforms (e.g., Autotrader, ).
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and recommend strategies for optimal vehicle presentation.
- Proficiency with basic photography standards and image editing software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in automotive retail or merchandising, preferably in a high-volume, multi-location setting.
