Responsibilities - Fixed Operations Manager:
- Oversee an efficient and profitable High-Volume Service and Parts Department
- Generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develop estimates and quotes, and focus on customer satisfaction
- Create operating budget, meet monthly forecasts, review sales, costs, and inventory
- Oversee employee training and development
- Create work schedules and maintain the accounting of employee productivity
- Generate repeat customers and provide resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain parts stock levels that enable work to be completed without delay
- Assist in issuing parts to technicians and customers
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Qualifications/Requirements - Fixed Operations Manager:
- At least 3 years of Motorcycle Service and Parts experience is required
- Additional experience in automotive service and parts operations is an added PLUS!
- Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc.
- Excellent supervisor, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement is required - we will help you obtain this.
