What You'll Do as a CSR I: As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets.
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing client inquiries.
- Updating patient records and maintaining accurate client information.
- Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments.
- Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For: - A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
- Comfort interacting with pet owners and discussing veterinary care.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or medical office settings is preferred.
- A desire to learn more about veterinary medicine and support our mission to provide exceptional care.
