Established Private Family Dental Practice Seeks General Dentist Plainsboro, NJ A well-established family dental practice with over 30 years of exceptional patient care, reflected in outstanding Yelp and Google reviews, is seeking a General Dentist. The practice offers a path to partnership as early as 1-2 years and full ownership in 4-5 years.
This position begins as a part-time associate role (1-2 days per week) with the potential to expand. Flexible scheduling is available.
Office Hours:
- Mon, Tue, Fri: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Wed: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
- Alternating Sat: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
- (Thursdays: Closed)
The practice features 3 operatories, supported by a dedicated team: 1 assistant (with an additional assistant joining for the new doctor), 1 office manager, and 1 full-time hygienist.
Compensation A daily guaranteed daily rate or a percentage of adjusted production, whichever is higher.
