Get to Know Your Team:
- UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and advocate for our patients' care & create an appropriate discharge plan.
- Be required to review patients' charts, and to meet with families and healthcare providers to establish the most suitable course of action.
- Should remain in contact with patients and their families during the hospitalization stay.
