We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Front Desk/Dental Assistant to join our team and help provide an exceptional patient experience. If you're looking for variety, this is the role for you-no two days are ever the same in our office!
As a key member of the administrative team, you'll work closely with the clinical team and office manager to ensure smooth operations and a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities:
The Front Desk/Dental Assistant is a dual role that supports both the dentist and the team in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down treatment rooms, take and develop x-rays, take impressions, and provide post-op instructions
- Assist during treatment procedures and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies to maintain good health
- Support patient charting for doctors and perform various office tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Experience with Dentrix, managing dental office finances, and multitasking effectively
