Winter offers Project Engineer internships for students who have completed their freshman year of college. Our interns receive hands-on experience, develop strong relationships and leave with indispensable work experience. Our interns encounter exposure to many of Winter's daily business functions, including:

pre-construction
project start-up
finances
estimating
submittals
quality assurance
project documentation
scheduling
safety
close-out
warranty
presentations
site analysis
business development
client relationships

Winter is not so large that there is a danger of becoming "just a number", but large enough that you benefit from sophisticated systems and approaches. Interns at Winter get exposure and have the same experience as Project Engineers.
Opportunities for Advancement:
Chart your path toward a Project Manager or Superintendent role. Our goal is to extend our interns an offer to spend another summer with us or hire as a full-time Project Engineer, depending on your graduation date.
