REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, Master’s degree preferred
Five (5) years experience in software systems engineering, integration, and implementation
Three (3) years experience in a managerial capacity related to the administration of enterprise software and server systems
Must be able to attend and complete various training sessions to maintain knowledge of current technology and systems
Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License; if a holder of any other valid US state-issued Driver’s License, agree to acquire a Florida Driver’s License within thirty (30) days of employment, except in a case where accommodation is required

REQUIRED SKILLS

Willingness and ability to lead and participate in the work simultaneously as a hands-on manager of major systems
Knowledge of technical documentation techniques and systems
Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies concerning cyber security and the protection of student/staff data privacy
Knowledge of computer based operating systems and telecommunications
Knowledge of student information systems
Knowledge of learning management systems
Ability to present complex material to audiences of varied backgrounds
Ability to work as a team member or team leader in varied groups
Ability to facilitate multimodal professional development using adult learning theory
Ability to accomplish tasks through others and assist them in maximizing their performance
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with associates, county personnel, school administrators, and the general public
Ability to strategically lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance team focused on technology solutions
Ability to apply scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to develop and manage budgets
Ability to design, implement, and secure enterprise server systems, cloud SAAS, and data backup systems

SUPERVISES Manager, Business Applications, Manager, Systems Engineering, Assistant Director, Student Information Systems, Coordinator, Master Scheduling, Senior ERP Systems Analyst, and other professional staff as assigned

Pay: $93,687.00 - $107,689.00 per year
