TopLine Financial Credit Union is looking for a new Business Analyst to join our Corporate team in Maple Grove!

What does our Business Analyst do?

This individual will be in charge of identifying potential process improvement opportunities through automated systems.
Capture and document business workflows, data flows, processes, and general business requirements.
Analyze these processes to identify potential areas of improvement.
Interact with key stakeholders to determine how business operates today and how it will operate in the future.
Produce “as is” and “to be” process flow diagrams and related documents.
Develop and/or contribute to cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation timelines for process improvements.
Write, analyze, and interpret user acceptance testing processes and results for implemented improvements.

What does it take to be a successful Business Analyst?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
2 years of experience.
Ability to translate business needs and processes into system requirements and visual workflow diagrams.
Ability to work well with a team, has a positive attitude, and have strong oral and written communications skills.
Strong technical writing skills are required.
Experience in business analysis, financial reporting, system integration, business transformation, and project management is preferred.
Previous experience in the financial industry, preferably in a Credit Union, is preferred.
Experience in system implementation, process re-engineering, and system analysis is preferred.
