The Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties for Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Prepares and administers medications as required.
Administers treatments.
Consults with physicians.
Communicates with the director of nursing and staff.

Job Requirements

Long-term care experience preferred.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in IN.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
