Maintenance Manager

Teton Valley Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, renovations, and development
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and lead the team members to ensure service standards are understood and met
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the property is in good condition
Develop and manage budgets for maintenance operations
Create weekly staffing schedule as well as schedule for on-call maintenance requests and after-hour calls
Use task tracking software to ensure cross-department communication and monitor task management and completion
Hire and train maintenance staff, and supervise their work to ensure high-quality maintenance and repair work
Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools needed for maintenance operations
Create seasonal plans to account for property needs in the Mountain West
Service the resort's hot tub and pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Operate heavy machinery

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
Experience managing a team of maintenance professionals
Knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Good understanding of technology, WiFi, and software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
