Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to lead our childcare center in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our young students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, including the development and implementation of educational programs and policies.
Supervise and mentor childcare staff to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with educators to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure they meet the center's standards for childcare and education.
Foster positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and engaging with them regularly.
Monitor and maintain the center's safety and cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Skills:

Qualified in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Experience working with students in an educational setting.
Proven experience in education administration or a related field.
Strong educational background, including teaching experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
Experience in managing a team and delegating tasks.
Familiarity with child development and learning theories.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
