Skills

Gathering requirements from the business users using the elicitation techniques – Interviews, Brainstorming Sessions, JAD Sessions and documentation.
Creating/Drafting user stories and getting these stories reviewed in the Product backlog refinement.
Actively involved in the user stories estimation and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies like Stand up, Backlog Refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
Defining functional enhancements for the features of the product.
Defining UI enhancement requirements so that they are in sync with the platform.
Maintaining the Product backlog and ensuring the team has the stories worth of upcoming sprint capacity.
Participating in the daily scrum of scrums meeting to plan and resolve any impediments or dependencies with the shared resources.
Reviewing requirements & use cases with stakeholders.
Helping the product owner to maintain the product backlogs in good shape and making them ready for the next sprint.
Coaching the team for adoption of Agile practices.
Serving as a liaison between the client and development team.
Change impact analysis and management (Feature enhancements to the application).
