Full-Time Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Applicants must be available to work Monday - Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

Accounts Payable/Receivable - Job Responsibilities:

Posting of all payables including total processing through statements, invoices and purchase orders
Cuts Checks, obtain signature and mails checks
Online billings associated with accounts payable
Processing contract driver checks weekly
Filing
Gathers, Reviews and updates vendor contact information
Process Remote Deposits for Honda, Nissan and Ford
Keeping up with fuel expense monthly
Printing accounts receivable statements monthly and mailing
Process warranty cancellation
Warranty billing statement
Cleaning up of accounting schedules

Accounts Payable/Receivable - Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Minimum 2+ year experience in accounts payable or accounting, preferably in a dealership environment
Knowledge of Dealer Track a plus
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Good communications skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance – jeans are not allowed
