LOCATION

This position is located in Bellevue, Washington, under a hybrid work model. Local candidates only.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role will have broad exposure to planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the entire company, providing in-depth analysis that drives strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior executives and interface with all aspects of the company, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Collaborate with department heads to understand key business drivers and incorporate them into financial models.
Provide detailed variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business case development.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Business Partnering:

Serve as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams.
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations.
Participate in strategic discussions and provide financial guidance on key decisions.

Executive-Level Support:

Work closely with the CFO and executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive presentations.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the executive team.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with different teams.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
Experience with SQL.
Experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and KPIs.
Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $78,000 - $120,000 with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education or location.
