Job Duties:

Examine the HVAC systems in the residential homes of our customers
Run airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
Determine best equipment for customer's home and create a plan
Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family
Work closely with our HVAC install team to assure excellent customer experience

What you need:

HS Diploma or GED
Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls
Valid and clean driving record and background
