We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and providing leadership to our healthcare staff. This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the clinical staff, including peer support and case managers.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and make necessary adjustments.
Monitor patient outcomes and ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth operations.
Provide guidance and support to staff in matters related to patient care and clinical decision-making.
Oversee case management activities, including coordination of care and discharge planning.
Stay updated on clinical advancements, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
Valid clinical license (under supervision is okay).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient monitoring, and case management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Medicare guidelines.
Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
