Type: Part-time with potential to turn into full-time
Setting: Clinic
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Salary: Competitive Compensation

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
Current state OT license required
Evaluate and treat a varied caseload
Provide treatment to more complex assignments
Completes all required documentation for patient care and reimbursement in a timely manner as determined by the clinic
Keeps daily attendance record of patients
Must pass background check

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
Supervisory experience and educational responsibilities preferred.
Communicate with physicians and other health care providers to confirm plans of care
Advise family members and other supportive individuals about the level of care the patient needs as necessary
Provide occupational therapy guidance, support and education during patient sessions
Guide patients through graded activities
Generate reports for patients and their physicians and families
