Northern Light Medical Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Administrative Officer with experience specifically in Radiology, to oversee the administrative operations of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership in a hospital based operations environment.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA) preferred.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership position in a hospital-based radiology group or imaging department within a hospital.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and laws.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in computer programs and software used in business management and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and execute all-encompassing strategic plans that are in accordance with the objectives and goals of the organization.
Responsible for managing and supervising the daily hospital-based radiology operations of the organization, while closely collaborating with departmental heads to ensure the successful attainment of the organization's goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective human resource strategies focused on recruiting, training, and retaining talent to improve organizational performance.
Develop and implement effective organizational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and improve operational efficiency.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other business partners.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that employees and stakeholders are informed about the organization's goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to ensure that the organization is prepared to deal with unforeseen events and crisis situations.
