We are looking for a Director of B2B & Marketplace Sales to join our Sales & Marketing Team located On-Site in our Corporate Office in Chatsworth, CA.

Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager (GM) of Sales and Marketing, the Director of B2B and Marketplace Sales is responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce and big box/trade departments of Noble House.

What does this role involve?

Essential Job Duties:

Grow E-commerce sales, while maintaining margin.
Manage team of Senior and Junior Account Managers.
Develop and hold team accountable to monthly KPIs and annual OKRs.
Develop a long-term strategy for channel management.
Develop cross-functional relationships within Noble House.
Work collaboratively on promotional strategies.
Create and maintain monthly reports on marketplace growth.
Provide actionable insights to the GM of Sales & Marketing.
Onboard new e-commerce channels.
Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

Experience and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA degree is preferred.
Generally requires minimum of seven-plus (7+) years of experience in an e-commerce consumer packaged goods (CPG) business.
Prior experience in marketing and technology.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Strong analytical skills; able to “tell the story” through data analytics.

Competitive Pay: The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 – $90,000 + monthly incentive pay + annual bonus opportunity.
