Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Billing Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care.

What you will do in this role:

You will transmit claims to billing vendors, process/correct insurance rejects, process re-bills, and work unbilled alert and comp census reports.
You will research, request, and update required information, insurance requirement edits, and follow-up on pending claims.
You will attach i-bills or implants invoices to paper billing when needed.

What Qualifications you will need:

One year of billing experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Must be familiar with third party billing requirements and payment policies.
