What makes you successful:

Need to haves:

3+ years of HRIS consulting experience
Strong HRIS configuration and optimization skills, UKG Pro preferred

Ability to work fully remote and travel 20%-40% as needed for client work.

Nice to haves:

A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
Expert skills in UKG Pro
