Mains’l has an opening for a full time position focused on quality relationship and account management in our division that supports people to self-direct their long term care services. Over 1 million Americans self-direct and it is a rapidly growing model. People in self-direction programs hire their own support/care workers and make decisions about the services and supports they need to live at home. We are their partner, providing Financial Management Services (FMS) to support them in paying their support/care workers and service vendors and performing multiple administrative responsibilities.

As a Financial Management Services (FMS) Manager, you play a key role in quality data management and customer service.

Salary: $50,980 yearly

Your day-to-day work includes:

Support to individuals in managing their service budget and expenditures in accordance with program rules and agency policies.
Data entry and review of payable invoices.
Detailed review of payroll.
Processing employer, employee and vendor documents.
Relationship management through excellent customer service with people receiving services, their case managers/service coordinators, employees, families, and vendors primarily through phone and email interactions.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with financial management systems including accuracy in budgeting and data entry and review.
Computer skills in Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction but seek assistance when needed.
Ability to manage workload that includes a high number of daily communications, processing deadlines and data entry and review.
Previous experience supporting children or adults with disabilities preferred.
College degree preferred.
