We are seeking a skilled and driven Relationship Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of retirement plans on a daily basis. The Relationship Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring client satisfaction and expanding our relationships with plan sponsors and participants, thereby enhancing the value Halcyon provides to its clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage the ongoing service schedule for multiple retirement plans.
Conduct regular meetings with small business owners discussing their retirement plan.
Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate employee education presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Build strong relationships with retirement plan participants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
