Job Summary:

We are seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering & ANS (Private 5G) to join our executive team and lead our ambitious growth in the ANS (Private 5G) space. The ideal candidate will have experience in solutions sales leadership, with a deep understanding of telecommunications, managed services, and emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, Edge Compute, 5G, and IoT. A proven ability to manage large teams and lead complex commercial sales efforts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and commercial models for complex ANS (Private 5G) solutions.
Oversee the specialist engineering team providing sales support for IoT, HSI, Collaboration, Security, and ANS solutions.
Manage a team of solutions engineers to ensure they meet sales, operational, and performance objectives.
Provide specialist solutions support and act as a technical expert at key sales opportunities.
Collaborate with product management teams to develop scalable and repeatable ANS solutions.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in solution sales.
10+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.
Expertise in telecommunications technology, managed services, and software development.
Experience with SaaS-based solutions and knowledge of emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Bonus Eligible: 25% corporate bonus target

Salary Range: USD $182,000 to $230,000 + Benefits
