Indiana ABA Institute is a mid-size to large ABA clinic working primarily with children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders. We are looking for a candidate with experience in insurance billing and practice management software to join our operations coordinating team. This position would manage all aspects of the insurance billing process while also working alongside another operations coordinator in handling the day to day schedule for clients & staff.

Hours: 25-40 hours Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: Based on education and experience

Job Duties (include but not limited to):

Manage the daily client/staff schedule and team meetings on our scheduling software
Learn operative tasks on our practice management software
Track and communicate aspects of the new client intake process
Verify benefits through insurance for new clients
Fax treatment plans to physicians
Manage insurance billing claims and denials
Able to be available by phone for staff from 7am-5pm on certain days
Willing to open up the clinic at 7:45am on certain days

Skills Required:

Strong verbal & written communication, able to collaborate in a friendly and professional manner
Experience with insurance billing/scheduling software(s)
Adaptability to handle multiple changing variables throughout the day
Strong problem solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills
Management experience preferred
