Hummel Architects is looking for an experienced Accounting Support Clerk with 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Responsibilities

Support Accounts Payable by processing monthly Vendor invoices, expense matching, data entry, filing, and reporting.
Support Accounts Receivable by processing monthly invoices at varied intervals and collecting on past due invoices.
Support Sales by tracking and finalizing project contracts.
Reconcile discrepancies and prepare correction documents as necessary by checking sources of disagreement, reconstructing data, and reorganizing the effect on other accounts.
Produce statements and reports using a variety of sources to support A/P and A/R in month-end financial reporting.

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in similar positions
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction field a plus but not required
