Highline Post Acute provides personalized rehabilitation and nursing services. Our healthcare professionals foster a caring and supportive environment, and we strive to help our patients meet their greatest potential to ensure a better quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado.
CPR certification.
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
