Job Title: Business Analyst with Criminal Justice

Location: North Chesterfield, VA

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in criminal justice and/or law enforcement analysis.

Strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and the agency.
Proficient in Organizational Change Management.
Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Understanding of business analysis concepts, including identifying and interpreting risk assessments.
Able to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, and use cases.
Able to produce requirement-related artifacts such as activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles.
Able to manage security access and user profile management.
Extensive knowledge of the Virginia criminal justice system and/or law enforcement.
Extensive knowledge of computer systems, preferably those used by criminal justice and/or law enforcement agencies.
Experience as a business analyst is required; excellent communication skills in English are required.
Able to identify how new applications and business processes will integrate with or replace existing processes.
Ability to communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms.
Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and creating business and system requirements.
Knowledge of criminal history record processing is preferred.
