Job Description

The Managing Consultant - Petrochemicals will develop relationships with client decision makers, identify leads, and contribute to the development of proposals that turn into client engagements, with a focus on petrochemicals and renewables. Other duties include:

Manage client engagements and maintain quality control, budget and schedule of all deliverables, with demonstrated excellence, with a focus on petrochemicals and renewables
Work closely with clients, prepare, and deliver presentations, and assist in building strong client relationships
Exceed client expectations of quality
Liaise with the Project Executive on the quality of analysis, strategic input etc.
Provide supervision and support to other team members as appropriate and assist in training and development activities

Knowledge & Skills

Requires a BS/BA degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in the petrochemical or renewable industries. Other desired skills, experiences and attributes include:

Significant experience within the petrochemical and/or renewable industries, consulting experience is a plus
Specific experience selling and/or delivering technical/consulting services
Excellent presentation and report writing skills
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly on new initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
Flexible and willing to work extra hours as necessary to accommodate busy work loads
Willingness to travel
