Job Summary
The Indoor Soccer Director position at our organization involves building out and maintaining a year-round program. The role requires a person who is willing to put in hours to establish and grow a program from the ground up. Previous program development is not required, but a candidate should have a background in operations or want to start a career in the field.

Duties

Develop and implement an indoor soccer program year-round for a growing indoor sports facility.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants daily.
Manage day-to-day operations of the soccer program including budgeting and collection of funds.
Collaborate with management to enhance program effectiveness.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program success.

Experience
- Previous experience in the sport is encouraged.
- Experience working in sports is a plus, not required.
- Willing to train the right person for the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
