Will provide clinical consultation to a number of client facilities in South Carolina. Must live in Greenville/Spartanburg area to be considered.

Fundamental Clinical Operational Services, LLC, is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client centers.

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Services Director will work directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation.
Review compliance with all appropriate state, federal guidelines/regulations, in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Work with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident centered programming.
Assist facilities with the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Five years of experience in a leadership role; must have Skilled Nursing (long-term care experience - Director of Nursing preferred).
Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN), BSN with a valid RN license.

Must be willing to travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air. Must live close to a major airport.
