Compensation: $32.00 / hour

Work Schedule: Full Time, First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and present to the management team the month end, quarter-end, and annual financial statements.
Conduct monthly financial project review meetings.
Oversee and review yearly audit and preparation of tax returns by external CPA.
Analyze and manage process for work in progress (WIP) reporting and closing process.
Responsible for oversight of the full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable process.
Complete billing with management team.

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

Human resource experience with benefits and new hires.
Must be an expert in Quickbooks and accounting principles.
Must be proficient in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports.
3-5 years construction experience required.
Familiarity with Work in Progress accounting.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Applicant may be subject to a background check.
