Requirements for the Senior Staff Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Master's degree (preferred)
2-5 years of experience in a small to medium public accounting firm
3 years of tax experience (preferred)
Michigan CPA license (preferred)
Proficient in Business and Individual Tax Preparation, Compilation and Review Preparation
QuickBooks and Thomson Reuter Software Experience – a plus
Self-Motivated
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
