Project Manager/ Commercial RE/ Construction

Starting salary to $100,000-annually (DOE)

Provide support to the Property Management team as you coordinate commercial tenant improvement, move in and out schedules, signage adjustments and related updates and upgrades to the space. This position requires strong communications, time management, and analytical skills. Help with planning for upcoming capital improvement projects. Your excellent communication skills, construction/real estate related work experience, and ability to manage competing and changing priorities could qualify.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager/ Commercial RE/ Construction

Coordinate all aspects of tenant move in/outs, including walk throughs, tenant and landlord required construction, signage adjustments, utility transfers, and administrative updates.
Manage and deliver Landlord tenant improvement work including defining the scope per the Lease; issuing RFPs and reviewing submissions; awarding contracts and managing them through completion; and overseeing and coordinating work onsite. Ensure work performed is timely, suite is delivered to the Tenant as per the contract, and improvements meet Company standards.
Review tenant drawings of requested alterations to the property (e.g., signage installation, mechanical or utility changes, and tenant improvements or renovations). See tenant submissions through to completion, assuring compliance with all lease and construction requirements.
Support the Leasing Team with estimates for potential improvement scopes; create construction budgets in advance of commencing tenant improvement work.
Regularly inspect and evaluate all building components, equipment, systems, and grounds to ensure the appearance and operation of the properties meet Company standards.

Desired qualifications for the Project Manager/ Commercial RE/ Construction

At least three years of construction experience in related areas.
Commitment to customer service with a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work autonomously within a team environment, to be self-motivated and drive change.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across teams, departments, and companies.
Physically able to walk job sites with rough or uneven terrain.
