PNGJobSeek’s client is looking for an experienced Manager – Salary Administration to fill their vacancy.

Job Description:

This position requires an incumbent to oversee and supervise payroll functions, reporting and ensure pay is processed accurately and on time. Additionally, the incumbent should be well-versed to operate and maintain the ALESCO payroll system and ensure accountability and compliance with relevant Government regulations and HR (Payroll) best practices.

Responsibilities:

Monthly payroll reports and reconciliation are complete and signed off on time.
Monthly audit and reporting of Alesco payroll system users.
All final entitlements are accurately calculated, and Superannuation Separation Authorities processed on time.

Requirements:

Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
Five (5) years HR Payroll system experience of which at least 3 years must be in management roles.
High Standard of ALESCO/Concept PNG skills.
