CT Technologist Lead

Location: Beloit Memorial Hospital
Shift: 1st (primarily); will fill in as needed on off-shifts
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Hours per week: 40

Beloit Health System is looking for a dynamic, experienced CT Tech to join our team in this advanced level CT position.

This position will:

Be responsible for the daily operations of the CT department
Ensure provision of high-quality services and compliance within the department
Perform the full array of CT procedures
Provide input on operating budgets and capital needs
Oversee quality assurance and safety programs within areas of responsibility
Make independent judgments on a daily basis
Work with the RSO, Imaging Leadership, physicists with the management and control of CT protocols, Radiation Dose, PMs, and ACR Accreditation
Attend Health System Committee meetings, as assigned
Take responsibility for image quality, patient care, safety, sterile technique
Assist with staff scheduling
Provide education for staff and students
Participate in other necessary activities in support of departmental operations

Required:

Graduation from an accredited Radiography program
ARRT certification
WI and IL Radiology Technologist licenses
Advanced registration in CT
CPR certification at hire or within 90 days

Preferred:

5 or more years' experience as a CT Technologist (3 years' in a hospital setting preferred)
