Senior Accountant

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join our team!

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

Prepare corporate, partnership, estate, trust, gift, and individual tax returns; formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards, and determine implications and best course of action for clients.
Compile financial statements and footnote disclosures for review and compilation engagements (no audits!).
Perform tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals while demonstrating strong communication skills.
Manage and build strong business client relationships.
Draft and review responses to tax notices from various federal and state tax agencies.
Manage progression of quality deliverables on time, in scope, and within budget and/or realization goal.

What you bring:

B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus).
CPA license strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6+ years of work experience; prior experience in tax industry/public accounting is a must.
Strong technical skills in taxation and/or attestation.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time and flexibility needs are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
