Join our team as a Care Partner at Azalea Gardens Senior Living, where you’ll assist with activities of daily living, deliver basic nursing care, and help ensure a safe, supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assist in monitoring residents’ well-being
Help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and ambulation, as specified in residents’ individual service plans
Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents
Support and communicate with residents, family members, and other staff members
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification or previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
Current CNA license, other license or ability to obtain as required by state regulations
Current CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications – we will assist you with getting these
