Analyst I - GIS

Specific Responsibilities:

Work on photogrammetric processing of drone data set and convert it into meaningful information.
Work on key problems in the GIS data processing and identify effective solutions to tackle them.
Use scripting techniques or model-making approaches to automate various operations in GIS operations.
Perform spatial data analysis using various GIS software.
Experience in GIS tools such as Arc GIS modules/Software and management of Geo databases of utilities networks.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate in GIS/ Geography or equivalent OR BE/B. Tech/ME/MTech in Geo-Informatics or equivalent and possesses minimum 3 years of work experience.
3-4 years of experience working with geospatial data and drone photogrammetry.
Experience in ESRI Enterprise solutions, specifically ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS online working experience.
Web publishing, Web maintenance.
SQL server experience along with SQL commands like DDL and DML.
Understanding of Route Analysis.
Working experience in Software such as Global Mapper, ArcGIS, QGIS, Global Mapper, and AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience in drone data processing using software such as Agisoft, Pix4D, or Context Capture.
Knowledge of surveying methods and associated equipment like DGPS, Total station, etc.
Preparation of topography maps & planimetry.

Open to learning new technologies and workflow.
