Financial Admin Wanted!

Responsibilities:

Code and send invoices, bills, and purchase orders to the corporate office for payment.
Reconcile Centeredge POS reports for accurate financial data.
Work with the COO to compile budgets and P&Ls, identifying areas of opportunity for cash handling improvements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the GM and COO.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
Proven experience in creating P&Ls, budgets, and handling financial data.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills to stay on top of financial tasks.
A dedicated work ethic with a focus on achieving financial goals.
Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledgers.
Previous experience in cash handling.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
2-5 years of experience in a finance role; accounting experience is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Excel experience is required.
