Calling all real estate pros! Are you an expert in acquisitions and sales? Join our team and unlock the potential to earn $175,000 as a top performer.

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring properties that meet our investment criteria. Your primary responsibility will be to talk to MOTIVATED SELLERS who reach out to you to sell their house, build relationships with them, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the acquisition process from start to finish. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers immense potential for professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage the research, analysis, and negotiating activities required to assess opportunities for acquiring different properties.
Visit different properties within New Jersey.
Investigate potential property acquisitions and dispositions.
Perform or facilitate inspections and assessments of possible property acquisitions.
Structure and negotiate purchase or leasing agreements.
Report 3-4 times per week to our main office in NJ.
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Located in New Jersey.
Valid driver’s license.
Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional results.
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.

Other Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Reliable phone and internet service.
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift anytime between 8am-11pm Eastern Time Zone (Mondays thru Saturday).

Compensation:

Base Salary ($2,500/month) + Commission [for the first 3 months only]. Commission-based salary only will be followed after the first 3 months.
