Responsibilities

Provide customers (both internal and external) with requested parts and accessories in a timely manner.
Solicit additional sales and charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System.
Correctly identify and specify needed parts, and follow up on special orders.
Tag, store, and process warranty parts.
Assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintain cleanliness and order in the inventory area, parts counter, and retail displays.
Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1+ Years Automotive parts experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
